Beautiful Abha

In the 3-day Abha tour, our exciting journey begins in the beautiful city of Abha with reception by our tour guide at the airport, then heading to the hotel for check-in. We then embark on a rich cultural tour that takes us to the most prominent historical and artistic landmarks in the city. We start our tour with a visit to the historic Shada Palace, the former seat of the Asir Emirate, which has now been transformed into a museum that tells the story of authentic Asiri heritage. We then move to Al-Muftaha Cultural Village, where we explore traditional and contemporary arts in its buildings inspired by traditional Asiri architecture. The path then takes us to the vibrant Art Street, where amazing artworks harmonize with colorful umbrellas and modern cafes. We conclude our city tour in the High City, which offers stunning views of Abha and Asir Tihama, with its distinctive buildings that blend modernity and local heritage. We end our eventful day with dinner, before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

We start our second day in Abha with breakfast at the hotel, then we set off together on an exploratory trip to Jabal Soudah, the highest peaks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This majestic mountain rises to more than 3,000 meters above sea level, distinguished by its juniper trees and constant fog. Afterwards, we visit the historic village of Rijal Almaa, an architectural masterpiece 350 years old, consisting of 60 palaces built of stone, mud, and wood. We will tour its museum, which preserves the region's heritage through a unique collection of photos and antiques. After having traditional lunch, we head to Souq Al-Thulatha, one of the most famous markets in Asir, where we enjoy the shopping experience and buying local traditional products. Then we visit Raqadi Museum, which contains nine sections displaying the region's heritage, from copperware to traditional clothing and handicrafts. We conclude our eventful day with dinner before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

On the third and final day of our trip, we start our day with breakfast at the hotel before check-out. We then head to Fatima Museum for Asiri Qatt, where we enjoy a unique experience in learning this authentic traditional art and its rich history. We then embark on an exciting trip to the historic village of Habala, located about 57 kilometers south of Abha. We enjoy the amazing cable car ride that pierces the clouds and offers breathtaking views of the towering Sarawat Mountains. After lunch, we conclude our journey together with a visit to Abu Khayal Park, which features panoramic views of the city of Abha. This beautiful park connects the Green Mountain (Dharah) and the city of Abha via cable cars, and includes green terraces and a distinctive restaurant that is a prominent tourist landmark in the city.
